According to DataUSA, 19.3% of Jackson County’s population lives below the poverty line, a slight improvement from 21.6% in 2022! Circles’ mission is to provide short and long-term support that enables these families to achieve self-sustainability.

Circles meets weekly to provide educational opportunities and support, as well as a free meal and childcare.
