Appearance WCU Career Fair (2/13)

Last week we had the opportunity to table at the Career Fair Plus, which was sponsored by the Center for Career and Professional Development. While there we talked to students about Circles and helped them understand what it is we do. We gave them our mission statement, listed some of the activities we do, explained internship opportunities/volunteer work, and more. We heard from a lot of great people and are so glad they chose to give us the time to teach them about our awesome organization. We had a total of seventeen students sign up to either volunteer or intern with us and we couldn’t be more excited! 

We didn’t just talk to students, though. We also took the time to network with some of the other people representing their organizations. One of our favorite parts of the event was the amazing food catered by WCU, so thank you to them for filling us up! Overall we had a great time chatting with all who were interested and we can’t wait for next semester’s fair!
